Distilling used crayfish preservative

Each year I have the need for 1 drum of 95% EtOH (55 gallons) for preserving my crayfish collections and refreshing shelved crayfish collections. All of my EtOH is stored in the Chemical Room at The Ohio State University Museum of Biological Diversity in Columbus, Ohio. This means I have to drive 2.5 hours to pickup and 2.5 hrs to return with my preservative supplies. Plus 95% EtOH ain’t cheap. To alleviate this commitment of time and money and the size of my carbon footprint I have created my own home made recycling center. This video shows how I recycle used 60% EtOH to 80% clean EtOH.
